The people inside the truck and behind the scenes.

No call center, no subcontractors. When you book Rooster's Repairs, you get the same person at your door that answered the call.

Co-Owner & Lead Handyman

I grew up near Forest, MS, where I learned this trade the hard way — through vocational school and hands-on time alongside my mentor. This year marks seven years in the trade, with the last two spent running my own business, and plumbing remains my favorite part of the job.

Outside of the truck, my life is built around family, friends, and a steady commitment to serving Jesus Christ.

Co-Owner & Lead Administrator

I'm a Louisiana native who found my way to Mississippi when I met my husband and business partner. Since 2022, we've built a life here, and we're proud to have gotten Rooster's Repairs back up and running. I handle the books, marketing, and social media, and I'm always looking for ways to help the business grow.

When I'm not working, you'll find me on our homestead. Family comes first, and my faith in Jesus is very important to me.

The Rooster's Repairs LLC work truck, lettered and loaded with tools, parked at a job site

If you see this in the driveway, you have got the right crew.

Look for the truck

Our rig carries the shop with it: a full carpentry kit, plumbing and electrical stock, ladders and a vacuum that actually gets used at the end of every job. It means most repairs get finished on the first visit instead of turning into a second appointment and a second trip to the supply house.

It is lettered, it is licensed, and it is the same truck every time. You will never wonder who just parked out front.

The idea behind the rooster

Early days of Rooster's Repairs LLC — a founder working out of a pickup with hand tools

The truck we started with.

Rooster's Repairs began with hope and a prayer. One evening, driving home from visiting family, I was venting to my wife about my retail job — feeling stuck, and ready for something more. She looked at me and said I should stop treating my passion like a hobby and start building it into something real. That conversation was the spark. Together, we devoted our time, our savings, and a whole lot of faith into building Rooster's Repairs LLC from the ground up. What started as a side hustle became a calling — and God has blessed us with an honest career we're both proud to call our own.

The rooster is the part worth explaining: it is the thing that shows up first, every morning, whether or not anyone is watching. That is the standard we hold ourselves to — early start, honest day, no surprises on the invoice.

“Our goal was simple: treat every home like it matters and every customer like a neighbor. Do it right, do it fair, and let the work speak for itself.”
— Patrick Normile, Owner

Four things we do not bend on

We stay true to our word.

We give you an estimate upon request, and do not go back on it. If we find something is worse than we thought, we talk to you about it first.

We show up in the window we gave you

You get a two-hour arrival window and a text when we are on the way. If we are running late, you hear it from us first.

We leave it cleaner than we found it

Drop cloths and a shop vac. Nobody should be able to tell we were there except for the thing we fixed.

We stand behind the work

Limited one-year warranty on our workmanship. If something we did messes up, call us and we will make it right.

Ready when you are.

Tell us what needs doing and we will get you a free written estimate — usually within a day or two.
