Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, look at the job, and hand you a written price with no obligation and no trip charge anywhere within a 30-mile drive
Do you have a minimum charge?
Our minimum service call fee is $75, which typically covers work completed in under an hour (parts and supplies not included)(Fee increases outside of a 30mile drive).
How soon can you get here?
Small repairs usually within a few days. Larger exterior projects are typically booked about three weeks out. Urgent problems get worked in same-day when we can.
What do you accept for payment?
We accept cash and checks without any additional fees. We accept all debit and credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal all with an additional 3% fee.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are a licensed LLC with the state of Mississippi, not a licensed contractor. We are insured by Hiscox, a certificate of insurance is available upon request.
